Our Story

Pascual Bookkeeping Solutions was founded from firsthand experience working alongside environmental, asbestos, and consulting professionals.

Since 2022, I have been supporting independent contractors and consulting firms with bookkeeping, report preparation, and administrative tasks. Over the years, I noticed a common challenge: many professionals had too much on their plates. Between managing projects, serving clients, preparing reports, and handling fieldwork, important back-office responsibilities were often pushed aside.

Invoices were not being followed up on, billable expenses were going unrecorded, hours worked were sometimes forgotten, and administrative tasks continued to pile up. As a result, valuable time and revenue opportunities were being lost.

Recognizing this need, I created Pascual Bookkeeping Solutions to provide a practical solution. My goal is to help consulting firms and independent contractors stay organized, maintain accurate financial records, streamline administrative processes, and ensure that important business tasks don't fall through the cracks.

Today, Pascual Bookkeeping Solutions specializes in bookkeeping, administrative support, document control, and environmental and asbestos reporting assistance. By taking care of the back-office work, we help our clients focus on what they do best—serving their clients, managing projects, and growing their businesses.
